Tonight is the night that all the kids will be in the streets to get their fair share of candy and tasty treats. However, be aware that Halloween is also the night that all the ghosts, goblins and ghouls come out to play. Around every corner, there could be a scare coming out of nowhere that you were unaware of.
This also could be true in business as around every corner could just be something hiding that you are unaware of. In business, we need to be aware of and have our finger on the pulse of everything. If we don’t the ghosts, goblins and ghouls are sure to come out and scare us.
Business is all about mastery; mastering your numbers so you understand your P&L, balance statement and break even numbers.
It’s about mastering the leadership of your team and staff. Building a great team isn’t really hard if you have all the right things in place. It’s when you don’t that the team becomes a fright.
Being clear about your destination. Having a vision, mission and culture in place that can enroll yourself, your team and your customers will keep you on the right track.
In addition, don’t let the ghost of time steal yours away. Be intentional with your time and priorities and things won’t get the best of you.
