Have you created your Fantasy Team?1 min read

Football season is finally upon us, and that means Fantasy Football is back. To participate in Fantasy Football, you select your players based on their individual success to create your perfect “dream team.”

I personally don’t play Fantasy Football, however, I have created my Fantasy Team which I call my Master Mind Group. These individuals work with me to help me be the best I can be. At the top of the list is my mentor coach, Heather Christie. Yes, that’s right. Even coaches have coaches. She is there to make sure I am held accountable for my actions and to ensure that I stay congruent with my goals. She also helps me identify my blind-spots and ensures that I keep growing both personally and professionally.

Other members of my Fantasy Team include my accountant and my marketing assistant.  These individuals keep my business running and help me with other tasks so that I can focus on what I do best. They are all part of my offensive line to keep me moving towards the goal.

I have built a large core of networking individuals and clients whom I work with. Without them, I wouldn’t have built the business I have today. They too help me score.

You are only as good as the team you surround yourself with. My advice to you this week is to reflect on your Fantasy Team. Evaluate your team to see if you have the right players who are helping you score, because if you don’t you just may be fumbling your way through business? Talk to your business coach to identify the blind-spots in your business and team and you just may start racking up those fantasy points in your league.
