That same year a company called General Electric was formed in New York with Thomas Edison being 1 of the 4 founding partners.

Apple first started in the imagination of two hippy-looking guys that we now know as Steve Jobs & Steve Wozniak before running with the idea out of their garage. Apple computers market value is now $700 Billion.

In 1971 a man returned from a visit to Italy and replicated what he witnessed as a coffee shop that patrons could inhabit for more than just a cup of coffee. Starbucks is also now a worldwide brand.

On a snowy Paris evening in 2008, Travis Kalanick and Garrett Camp had trouble hailing a cab. So, they came up with a simple idea—tap a button, get a ride. That idea is now known as Uber.

Another idea that started in the imagination and a garage was Google.

Realize that this list can go on for a long time. However, the bottom line is; do not ever stay inside the box with your thinking process. Let your imagination run wild and you might just be surprised on what idea may materialize.
