First let me start off and say thanks to my friend Dan Lindeman who thought of me when he saw this book and was so kind to buy me a copy.
The Power of I Am is a book that’s about the two most powerful words in the human language; I Am! Understand that every word that we use after I Am shapes our being, who we are and most importantly our destiny. You will read and understand that language is a very powerful tool – if used correctly.
Since we were little toddlers we heard a lot of you cannot, you are not, you will not, these are all words that unfortunately did and will disempower us. Joel Osteen in this book is here to tell you that you absolutely can, should, and will.
Joel talks about that you have so much more in you and how we can tap into this power to use to move us forward. This power is inside you to be positive and believe that every day you are considered one of God’s miracles. You have to believe in yourself so that others will see you shine and understand that everything about you is unique and perfectly laid out by a master plan.
I like where Joel shares the power of being positive or being quiet. What this means is that if you say something negative or disempowering it will only drag you down. So, simply don’t say it! Either talk positively or don’t talk at all.
We just simply have to use the power inside us that says “I Am” strong enough, smart enough, and accomplished enough to obtain the wonders that life can bestow upon me.
This book will teach you that The Power of I Am once truly understood and applied will absolutely change your life.
This book was a wonderful read over the Holidays and has a secure spot on my book case for years to come. I will add that I was blessed to have this book gifted to me, so I will buy another copy to gift and pass on to someone else. I would also recommend that once you read this book be sure to find someone to gift a copy to as well, as so we can continually pass on The Power of I Am!
