Three Pillars of Success3 min read

I’m going to share with you the three pillars of success that need to be applied to be successful in business. The first pillar of success is Strategy. We’ve talked in the past about taking things from your head and writing them down. Why? Because as we put what’s in our head on paper, we begin to break it down, we begin to come up with a strategy and a game plan to follow, that can deliver us the success we’re looking for. However, I will share that creating the strategies is only the first component to success.

There’s a lot of different consulting companies we could choose from, a lot of different books we could read, a lot of different systems and strategies we can study, a lot of different podcasts we can listen to, and/or a lot of different youtube videos we could watch. However, all that could be worthless without the second pillar of success which is Action. I always say, knowledge isn’t power, it’s the application of knowledge that is power. Once we create this strategy, we must take action!

That’s why I shared in the past that if you get an accountability partner, it will increase your chances of success by 73%. That accountability partner will hold you accountable to do what you say you’re going to do. All the plans in the world are great, but, if you don’t apply them, and take action, you’ll fail. In addition, the other great thing about taking action and applying is that you will begin to test and measure what’s working and what’s not. With that, you’ll begin to tweak, tweak it again, and tweak it some more, until you get the results you want.

With the first and second pillars being strategy and action, the last pillar is the most important, it actually consists of 80% of the success. That last pillar of success is Mindset. You have to believe that you could actually follow through, to get the results, by applying that action from the strategy you created.

It’s important to understand, that what you think about most, mixed with emotion, and backed by faith, will translate itself into the physical equivalent, or reality. So, whatever you’re thinking about most, is what you’re going to manifest. Be sure that whatever you’re thinking is the outcome of the results.  Whatever you need to do, is to keep your mind strong. Take that hour in the morning to get your mind right, so you can walk into the business, apply that strategy, take the action, test the measure, and get the results you are looking for.

There are your three pillars of success. Strategy, Action, Mindset. Apply those consistently, with faith and belief, and your business should be a success.
