Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. It’s the one day of the year dedicated to reminding our significant other how much we love them. However there is no specific holiday for showing your team how much you love them, so when, and how, do you express how much they mean to you?
This time of year, it’s hard to avoid the constant chatter about the Super Bowl. So much so that we lose sight of what this event is all about; a showdown between the two best football teams in the National Football League.
Instead, we discuss what food to serve, the commercials that will be shown during the game, the halftime entertainment, even “Deflate Gate”. But both teams know that focusing on these things is just a distraction. Winning the game, and winning in business, comes down to a few key elements.

With the movie opening of the American Sniper this week I felt it was fitting to focus on the work of the Navy Seals. If you’re not familiar the American Sniper is a movie based on an autobiography of Navy Seal Chris Kyle who was the Most Lethal Sniper in U.S. Military History. The movie open’s this Friday, January 16th.
