As you have been working to create a more successful business, a more efficient company, or just a better you, have you found that you have an abundance in your life of what you are striving for? Perhaps it was money, time for yourself or with your family, or an abundance of happiness. Regardless of your goals, you will learn that you don’t create abundance for yourself, you discover it.
The last of ActionCOACH’s 14 points of culture is Abundance: “I am an abundant person, I deserve my abundance and I am easily able to both give and receive it. I allow abundance in all areas of my life by respecting my own self-worth and that of all others. I am rewarded to the level that I create abundance for others and I accept that abundance only shows up in my life to the level at which I show up.”
In order for abundance to be present in your life, you need to think abundantly and act abundantly. As Wayne Dyer says, “Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into.”
The reason why Abundance is number 14 on ActionCOACH’s 14 points of culture? You will never have abundance until you apply the other 13:
- Team Work
Of all of the 14 points of culture, number 1 (commitment) and number 14 (abundance) are the most important. If you don’t commit yourself first, the other points will diminish and you won’t have abundance.
Think also of how you can create this aura of abundance for others. Do you give praise and show appreciation freely? By filling their cup with positivity, their cup will runneth over and you too will benefit from the positivity you are spreading.
If you are feeling that your cup is still a little empty, talk to your business coach about the areas of your life that are not fulfilling. Together you can review your systems and the other points of culture to ensure that you are on track to living an abundant life!
