Is your team engaged?

It has been said that most employees are motivated, energetic, committed, enthusiastic and loyal – except for the 8 hours they work for you. If our team is disengaged, it’s not their fault. It is ours as leaders. It is up to us to create a culture to empower them to be engaged.

Application is Power!

We have all heard the phrase that “knowledge is power!” I believe that this statement is actually slightly incorrect. I believe based on my experience that the application of the knowledge is power.
