You will have increased productivity and most important you will have created raving fan promoters of your organization which is always your best form of advertising.
July 4th is more than just a day to enjoy a BBQ, drink a beer and shoot off fireworks. It’s our country’s birthday and commemorates the birth of a new nation; the day we declared independence from England. A day in which we created our own set of rules and standards to be governed by.
It has been said that most employees are motivated, energetic, committed, enthusiastic and loyal – except for the 8 hours they work for you. If our team is disengaged, it’s not their fault. It is ours as leaders. It is up to us to create a culture to empower them to be engaged.
In the cycle of a business, the owner’s job is to simply take care of the team. Make sure they understand the rules of the game, are paid on time, are well trained and motivated.
